First, check that you are logged in. Scroll to the top of the web page you’re on, and look in the top right hand corner. If you see “Log in” up there, you’ve become logged out. Click on Log in to log back in and proceed to the Ask an Expert questions.
If you are logged in, and you still can’t answer a question:
Your answer may have included a spam link that we do not allow on the website, or you may have been banned from asking questions or answering them by being disrespectful or spamming in a past question or answer with Bookmark.
If you believe you were banned from asking a question by mistake, you can ask our Customer Success team about it by clicking the question mark icon at the bottom right of Bookmark.
