We’ve Updated Our File Download Module
Want to know one of the most effective ways you can offer content directly to your website visitors? By adding a file download module. Using this module, you’ll be able to offer a direct download to any file you’d like, including audio, images, video (and more)! With this tool, you’ll be able to effectively communicate with your audience in a brand new way. Allowing them to gain access to any sort of information or knowledge they need.
For example, if you’re a personal consultant, you can offer any legal documents you need your clients to sign directly on your website. Or, if you’re a musician, you have the ability to let your fans download your music directly from you!

A New Way to Get the Support You Need
For years we have offered useful support and step-by-step guides on our Help Center. We want to make sure everyone succeeds on our platform. But, like many things in life, Bookmark is always growing and adapting. We’re always adding more ways to help professionals and small business owners alike grow their brands.
A few months ago, we let you know that we have added over 100+ new help videos on our YouTube channel. And, all of these videos can also be found within our Help Center, alongside updated step-by-step guides. The Bookmark squad always works hard to create content that can help you along every step of your online journey – but it doesn’t stop there.
Now, when you add and edit your modules within our website builder itself, a help icon will appear that will direct you to the help guide of the specific module you are editing. So for example, if you are editing a photo gallery, you can click the help icon to direct you to a step-by-step guide teaching you how to add, edit, or manage your photos. This gives you easier access to the support and tips you need to succeed.

Facebook Messenger is Back and Better
You asked, and we answered! For all of the small businesses out there who sell their products on Facebook… You will be delighted to know that you can now communicate with your customers directly through Facebook Messenger, all on your website!
As you know, Live Chat has always been a helpful tool to communicate with your customers. Especially when it comes to offering direct support and care. However, a Live Chat on your website can be a little impersonal. It is usually used when a customer has an urgent question/obstacle that needs to be addressed immediately.
Facebook Messenger on the other hand allows you to have meaningful and helpful conversations with your customers, where they feel the most comfortable speaking with you on their favorite social media platform. Also, it allows your customers to message you whenever they need your support. You will receive mobile notifications to answer them as soon as possible.
