Won't Save and Let me Publish

I have hit save about a million times but everytime I go to publish it says I have unsaved changes and it won't let me go any further. I am scared to leave the page even though I have saved over and over again because it thinks that I haven't saved. 

A few times while editing my changes didn't save and I had to redo it all over again. Please advise.
