I've connected a domain I bought elsewhere but it consistently comes up as a http site rather than https. I've tried connecting the SSL from the people I bought the domain from but I presume that won't work because the site is hosted on Bookmark. I've tried manually switching to https:// to see if there's simply no SSL and it comes up with that there is a certificate issued to * so I'm wondering if I've not connected the domain correctly or if I need to do something on this side to activate the certificate.

If someone can help me with this, it would be great because I'm out of ideas!
