Change size of Logo and Background of Menu

How do I change the size of my logo and the background color if it is overlaying the video background? Background color menu only appears if the user scrolls down the page.

Logo won't be visible if the background of the menu is transparent. And the size of the logo is small as well. Please see attached image.
