Hello, we're looking into this.  From my tests I have not been able to duplicate a website not being created.

What path are you using to start a website?  Which button did you click?  When did it stop working?  

Do you mind sharing as much details as you can, this will help assist us in finding the bug.

Okay, I think there is some findings that I just found out:

It seems that whenever I initially create a website, and for example, add some emojis to it, I was returned with a site creation error. Maybe that's what causing the problem in the first place.

I'll leave in with more details in the coming moments.

I was able to provide the details upon creating the website. However, when I was about to complete the details, it prompted me that it wasn't able to complete the website creation procedures.

When I looked up on the Your Website page, I was greeted by this:
