I don’t know about you, but I’ve never seen a doctor with tits the size of watermelons; there’s probably a good reason for it too, the last thing anybody wants are two balloon-shaped shadows shrouding an operating table.  That being said, if it is just a regular checkup I see no issues with Dr. Milf and her preposterous pair, especially if tittie-fucking is in the prognosis.  Slutty physicians need big dicks too!  Luckily there’s a crazy medical center in the San Fernando Valley that specializes in the treatment of swollen nut-sacks.
